Warranty and post-warranty service

Quality assurance is guaranteed with our products. Martin System® products are manufactured in Belgium and Germany. Each product undergoes a dual quality control and testing process.

  • For warranty service, all repairs and spare parts are free of charge.
  • Please send the product to our facility address: Arka K9 s.r.o., Řesanice 66, 335 44, Kasejovice, or bring it in person.
  • Don't forget to fill out this form: Attachment No. 1 - Complaint Claim Form.
  • You can also electronically submit the form to: info@arkak9.com.
  • Please package the item carefully to prevent damage.
  • We aim to complete repairs within 30 days, but we know that the sooner it's addressed, the quicker you can resume training. For more complex repairs, we send the item to our headquarters in Belgium.
  • If during repair, it's found that the product was damaged in a way not covered by the warranty, shipping charges may apply.

Out-of-warranty Service

  • For out-of-warranty service, repairs, spare parts, and shipping are subject to fees.
